Program Description:

Occupational Therapy (পুনর্বাসন চিকিৎসা ) is a recognized branch of modern health sciences that helps individuals with physical, mental, cognitive, or social challenges regain independence and functional ability. Therapists use purposeful activities, therapeutic exercises, sensory integration, hand therapy, and various adaptive techniques to improve a person’s daily living skills and quality of life.

Course duration:

Course duration with Internship – 5 Years

Eligible for Admission:

Candidates are eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy(পুনর্বাসন চিকিৎসা ) program under Rajshahi Medical University if they meet the following criteria:
  • Have passed the SSC and HSC examinations in the Science group with Biology, either in the current year or within the past two years.
  • Achieved a combined GPA of 7.00, with a minimum of GPA 3 in both SSC and HSC.
  • Alternatively, candidates who have completed a recognized equivalent examination, either nationally or internationally, are also eligible.
